Carmarthen Quins will take on Super Rygbi Cymru table toppers Cardiff in the quarter-final on Saturday 25 April.
Having secured victory over Pontypool in the Wildcard Round at Carmarthen Park last weekend, Quins booked their place in the quarter-final at Cardiff Arms Park.
Shaun Evans captains the side as the Quins face Cardiff, who finished top of the league table, on a quest to continue their journey in the competition.
There’s just one change to the pack from the one that took on Pooler last weekend, with double centurion Lee Taylor replacing Ryan Bean in the second row.
Two changes in the backline see Rhodri Davies come back to the starting line-up for the first time since his injury with Scarlets’ Ioan Nicholas starting at fullback.
A six-two split on the bench sees Osian Williams and Bowyn Clark return to action.
