On the field, Tom Phillips has been appointed Head Coach and will lead the senior squad throughout the season. He will be supported by Performance Coaches Rhodri Jones and Josh Helps, who will work closely with the players to deliver high-quality coaching and continued development across the squad.

The club’s physical preparation will be led by Stef Sankala, who joins the coaching group as Head of Physical Performance, ensuring players are equipped to meet the demands of the modern game.

Completing the performance team is Robyn Rees, who has been appointed Head of Medical and will oversee player welfare, injury management, and rehabilitation throughout the season.
