Super Rygbi Cymru action returns to Carmarthen Park

Carmarthen Quins return to action in Super Rygbi Cymru this weekend, welcoming Newport RFC to Carmarthen Park.

As we head into the fifth round of the 2025-26 Super Rygbi Cymru, off the back of a fallow week, Carmarthen Quins will be looking to bounce back after a disappointing late defeat away to Pontypool two weeks ago.

After the four opening rounds of competition, we’re sat in fifth position in the league table, with 11 points and two victories.

Ebbw Vale and Llandovery are storming ahead at the top of the table, whilst last season’s champions and tomorrow’s opposition, Newport, are rooted to the bottom with four defeats from four.

The Quins will look to home advantage on Saturday to get the campaign back on track and keep pressure on teams ahead in the league table.
