Carmarthen Quins are pleased to announce the signing of Tom Phillips.
After two years of exceptional captaincy from Lee Taylor, Tom Phillips has been given the role to lead the Quins into the 2023/24 season.
Tom has vast experience. After being capped at Wales 16’s and 18’s, Tom went onto captain Wales U20’s to a Six nations title. Tom went onto play for the Scarlets, making 29 appearances. Phillips has been unfortunate with injuries, resulting him to step away from professional rugby.
We are looking forward to see what Tom can bring to the squad.
