Mark made 150 appearances for the Quins 1st XV in his five seasons with the club.

PLAYING RECORD

Mark joined the Quins in the 2001/02 season.

His previous clubs were Loughor, UWIC and Vardre.

He was the cornerstone of a solid front row and played a big part in the Quins gaining pro- motion to the Welsh Premiership in 2003/04.

He scored a total of eight tries.

Of his 150 appearances, 80 were in the Premiership; 57 in the Championship; 10 were Cup games and 3 Friendlies.

Between 2002/03 and 2004/05 Mark only missed 5 games out of a possible 94 league ap- pearances.

On leaving the Quins in 2006, Mark returned to Loughor as player/coach.
