  • Ian started his rugby career with Burry Port Youth.
  • He played his first game for Llanelli RFC in 2004 when 19 years of age. In his 6 seasons with Llanelli, he ended up playing a total of 119 games and was presented with a cap on his 100th game.
  • His impressive CV reads:- Wales Under 16/18/19/21
  • Ian joined the Quins in the 2010/11 season and has since then played a total of 135 games. He played his 100th Quins Premiership League game at the end of the 2015/16 season against Pontypridd.
  • He was chosen as club captain in the 2011/12 season and he now has the distinction of being the only Quins player to have captained the 1st XV for 5 ‘consecutive’ seasons.
