We will welcome Swansea RFC to Carmarthen Park on St. David’s Day, Saturday 1st March, in the latest round of the Super Rygbi Cymru Cup.
Cup action returns to the Park for the first time since the beginning of February.
Head Coach Lyndon Lewis has made 11 changes to the team that took to the field against Newport a few weeks ago, 10 of which are personnel changes and one positional.
Prop James Newnian returns to the starting XV to captain the side in an almost all-new pack. Keanu Evans is the only member of the squad who remains in the pack from the last time out, and he moves from number 8 to openside flanker.
Newnian is joined in the front row by try scoring machine Lewis Morgan, who has crossed the whitewash on ten occasions already this season, and tighthead prop Ifan James.
Stalwart lock Lee Taylor is joined in the second row by youngster Iestyn Wood, with Taine Morgan and Lewys Millin adding experience to the back row.
