Club House Customer Guidelines

The safety of all customers and staff is paramount to the running of our Club House.

A list of current measures that we have in place:

– Capacity will not exceed its maximum allowance
– Pre-booking is recommended to avoid disappointment
– Face coverings must be worn at all times, unless seated
– All visitors must sign in on entry and provide ID for track & trace purposes
– A maximum of 4 people form different households can meet and must be respectful of social distancing guidelines.  – This excludes carers and under 11’s and people living in the same household. Proof of address is essential
– The 2 metre rule also applies those in a queue to enter the Club House unless from the same household or carers and children
– Table service only, please do not try to order at the bar
– Customers must leave the premises by 10.20pm
– One way systems are in place and must be adhered to
– Toilets operate a one in, out out system
– No pool, darts or other pub related games
– Rigorous cleaning & hygiene systems are in place, especially in high contact points such as tables
– There is a designated smoking area. Please adhere to the 2 metre rule and do not block doorways
– Aggression and/or abusive behaviour towards staff will not be tolerated
