Peter made a total of 205 appearances for the Quins 1st XV between 1975 and 1994. He has yet to be presented with his 200 + appearances tie.
PLAYING RECORD
- Peter played for the Quins Youth XV and gained several Welsh Youth caps.
- He played in 134 league games, 30 cup and 41 friendlies.
- He scored ten tries
- His first Quins game was against Crynant at the Park on the 1st November 1975
- Played his 100th league game against Tumble on the 15th December 1984.
- His last Quins appearance was on the 12th March 1994 at the Park against Builth Wells.
- Peter took over the 1st team coaching duties as player/coach in 1992 and during his 16 years at the helm he guided them through promotion to:-
1991/92 – Welsh League (Division 4)
1998/99 – “ “ (Division 3)
1999/00 – “ “ (Division 2)
2000/01 – “ “ (Division 1)
2003/04 – Welsh Premiership - Under his guidance they also beat Cwmllynfell in 2006/07 to win the West Wales Cup.
