Mike made 198 appearances for the Quins 1st XV mainly at full-back between 1975/76 & 1993/94. He has yet to be presented with his 100 + appearances tie.
PLAYING RECORD
- Mike made his Quins 1st XV appearance away at Morriston in the cup on the 6th September 1978.
- He played in 122 league matches; 34 cup and 42 league games.
- He scored 13 tries; 24 conversions and 12 penalties.
- He played his last Quins game at the Park against Wrexham on the 20th November 1993.
- He captained the 1st XV in the 1987/88 & 1988/89 seasons.
- He had a number of successful seasons as coach of both the 2nds and Youth XV and was the coach of the Youth XV when they won the Welsh Cup; President’s Cup and District Cup in 2002/03.
