Adrian (known to his mates as “Harry”), made 103 appearances at scrum-half for the Quins 1st XV in his nine seasons with the 1sts.

PLAYING RECORD

Adrian came through the club’s Youth XV and was a member of the team that won the Llanelli & District Knock-Out Cup in the 1976/77 season.

He made his first appearance for the Quins 1st XV away at Cardigan on the 12th April 1978.

His 103 appearances are made up of:- 50 League matches; 12 Cup and 41 Friendlies.

He scored a total of 14 tries and managed three drop goals.

He is the only Quins player to have captained the club’s 2nds/United XV on four occasions, which were; – 1981/82; 1988/89; 1989/90 & 1990/91.

Adding his seasons with the youth, seconds & first XV teams, Adrian would have played for over 15 years with the club.

His other claim to fame is that he was the last captain of the old Carmarthen Queen Elizabeth Gram- mar School rugby XV.

Adrian made his last Quins 1st XV appearance against Llandovery at the Park on the 4th October 1986.
